Anicca is a modern luxury villa of 100m2 on an area of 4200m2. The villa is designed by Markat Construction Company and is located on a hilltop on Meganisi Island with great ocean views in stunning natural surroundings.
It has its own private swimming pool and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Anicca has a spacious open-plan lounge with fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a Queen sized bed with en suite bathroom and a guest bedroom with twin beds converted into a King sized bed.

The house is located in Spartochori, Meganisi,Lefkas. This is a quiet family house located at the entrance of the village. It is newly renovated, decorated with paintings, flowers and seashells. It has stone walls that offer unique insulation from the heat and a fireplace to keep warm, a large terrace, private parking, a beautiful view of the sea and a large garden with lots of flowers. The village shops are a three minute walk from the house and the nearest beach is a 5 minute drive.

Lakis Apartments is located in Spartochori, 100 m away from the main square featuring traditional taverns, mini markets and cafes. It offers studios and apartments with private balconies overlooking the Ionian Sea.

It is located very close to the crystal clear waters of Roka Spilia beach and the Port of Spilia, as well as the square of Stefani village in Spartochori. The view to the islet of Scorpio is cleared from the interior of the house, especially from the living room area. The house is comfortable and suitable to accommodate 4 people, ideal for family holidays.

It includes a space of 60 sq.m., equipped with an electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave and all the necessary small appliances. The Teacher’s House is an 1850s mansion restored with a modern touch. It is located in the heart of Spartochori village in Meganisi Island. A beautiful, traditional village that will charm you at first glance. It is built at the edge of a spectacular rock just opposite the legendary island of Onassis, Scorpio. Up to 10 years ago, Meganisi was not known to many people. This is why now the thousands of visitors call it the hidden paradise of the Ionian Sea. The guesthouse was the home of the village teacher. It was built almost two centuries ago, in the late 19th century and for many years was the reference point of the village. It was the center of social life since it was there that all personages of the time visiting the island were accommodated. The teacher’s grandchildren restored it into a guesthouse that combines luxury with tradition. It offers a swimming pool - jacuzzi, modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, atmospheric exteriors, a terrace with a pergola, restored furniture - unique pieces constructed by local craftsmen.
Cars are prohibited within the cobblestone streets of the village, but parking space located at the village entrance is available and only a 5 minutes’ walk from the guesthouse. If you want to swim in the sea without using your car, Spilia beach is a 15 minutes’ walk down a scenic path with a magnificent view. You can visit all other beaches of the island by car in 5-10 minutes’ drive.
The Teacher’s House offers two independent 50sqm two-room suites and one studio of 30sqm. Each suite can accommodate four people, has a kitchen, TV, air conditioning, murals and all modern amenities. The studio accommodates two people, has a kitchenette, TV, air conditioning, murals and is located right next to the pool.

But the most important thing is that Meganisi is a children’s paradise, because there are many squares full of children where they can make new friends, often making lifelong friendships.
