Our family-owned and operated business has been providing professional vacation rental services since 2004. Our newest addition, Villa Kallisti, was built in 2017.

We are dedicated to offering our guests a private and stress-free holiday experience at our serene and exotic location. Our business consists of a complex of three private villas: Villa Afrodite, Villa Eleni, and Villa Kallisti.

The names of our villas were inspired by the most beautiful women of ancient Greek mythology: Afrodite, the goddess of beauty; Eleni, whose name became synonymous with the Trojan War; and Kallisti, meaning “the most beautiful of all.”

We look forward to welcoming you to our villas and sharing the experience of an unforgettable vacation with you.

Respecting the green environment of Meganisi, but mainly recognizing the need for a quiet vacation, we created two independent villas. Their privileged location in the centre of the island allows you to enjoy your food or drink in any of the three traditional villages. At the same time, you have the opportunity to be in about 5′ on any of the island's beautiful beaches.
The villas have private parking, Wi-fi and are fully equipped (air-condition, towels, hairdryer, washing machine iron and ironing board, oven with stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and kitchen). Outside each villa, there is a private pool (4x8m, depth 1.2m-1.7 m) with sunbeds, umbrella, dining room, living room and BBQ.

Hotel Mentis is ideally located on Katomeri village's outskirts, within a green area of olive trees & Mediterranean plants. It has 9 apartments (hosting from 2 up to 5 guests); each room features WiFi, its own WC/bathroom, TV, fully-equipped kitchenette with a range of cooking utensils, A/C and balconies with spectacular views of the Ionian sea. It offers private and safe parking within green gardens. It is located 2 km away from the port of Vathi, which is connected with the ferry boat to Nydri of Lefkada. It is also close (2 km) to the Fanari beach, the most famous one in Meganissi island. Within a short distance of the hotel, one can find local taverns, mini markets, a bakery, a pharmacy and a medical centre.

The house is comfortable and suitable to accommodate 4 people, ideal for family holidays.

It includes a space of 60 sq.m., equipped with an electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave and all the necessary small appliances. Sparto Village is located in Meganisi, 300m. away from the Cave of Papanicolis and it offers cozy and homely accommodation for families, couples and solo travellers alike. Guests can relax in their rooms or they can enjoy the seasonal outdoor pool or the garden and make the most of their stay in this hotel.

As part of the Hellenic Tourism Organization (EOT), we operate eight (8) ground-floor apartments (20-25 sq.m. studios) in a quiet location in the Spartochori Meganisi settlement.
They are surrounded by a green garden and large paved courtyards with a barbecue, have terraces and are equipped with TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, kitchenette with the necessary utensils, solar batteries.

Stefani Villas are located close to Spartochori settlement, and it is close to the central port Spilia. Our guests can visit the center of the village which is within walking distance (7-10 minutes) to find numerous Greek taverns, supermarkets, souvenir shops and cafes

The Teacher’s House is an 1850s mansion restored with a modern touch. It is located in the heart of Spartochori village in Meganisi Island. A beautiful, traditional village that will charm you at first glance. It is built at the edge of a spectacular rock just opposite the legendary island of Onassis, Scorpio. Up to 10 years ago, Meganisi was not known to many people. This is why now the thousands of visitors call it the hidden paradise of the Ionian Sea. The guesthouse was the home of the village teacher. It was built almost two centuries ago, in the late 19th century and for many years was the reference point of the village. It was the center of social life since it was there that all personages of the time visiting the island were accommodated. The teacher’s grandchildren restored it into a guesthouse that combines luxury with tradition. It offers a swimming pool - jacuzzi, modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, atmospheric exteriors, a terrace with a pergola, restored furniture - unique pieces constructed by local craftsmen.
Cars are prohibited within the cobblestone streets of the village, but parking space located at the village entrance is available and only a 5 minutes’ walk from the guesthouse. If you want to swim in the sea without using your car, Spilia beach is a 15 minutes’ walk down a scenic path with a magnificent view. You can visit all other beaches of the island by car in 5-10 minutes’ drive.
The Teacher’s House offers two independent 50sqm two-room suites and one studio of 30sqm. Each suite can accommodate four people, has a kitchen, TV, air conditioning, murals and all modern amenities. The studio accommodates two people, has a kitchenette, TV, air conditioning, murals and is located right next to the pool.

Life in Meganisi is calm. It is an island that can be visited even in winter. It has many permanent residents in its three settlements: Katomeri, Vathi and Spartochori. It is a lively island, quiet but not isolated. With many restaurants with local meat and fish, its cafes and its bars with the best drinks and cocktails where you can enjoy your time in peace and without fuss. But the most important thing is that Meganisi is a children’s paradise, because there are many squares full of children where they can make new friends, often making lifelong friendships.
Michalis & Tzina

The accommodation is seaside and consists of two floors. The first floor is equipped with a kitchen, a living room with a stunning view of the garden and the sea, a balcony, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The second floor includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The residence is fully equipped with all necessary amenities and can accommodate up to eight (8) people (3 bedrooms with double beds and the option to convert the living room sofa into an additional double bed).
Guests can reach the sea within a one-minute walk through the garden.
