Anicca is a modern luxury villa of 100m2 on an area of 4200m2. The villa is designed by Markat Construction Company and is located on a hilltop on Meganisi Island with great ocean views in stunning natural surroundings.
It has its own private swimming pool and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Anicca has a spacious open-plan lounge with fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a Queen sized bed with en suite bathroom and a guest bedroom with twin beds converted into a King sized bed.

Asteria Apartments are located In the centre of the traditional village of Spartohori. Their unique interiors, with a soft industrial feel, makes them the ideal destination for romantic getaways in Meganisi. We offer 2 or 1 bedroom apartments with a fully equipped kitchen, bath amenities and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Specifically, each room has single or double beds, accompanied by bedside tables and lamps. In the rooms, there is heating/air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, mirror, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, refrigerator and small appliances for breakfast (such as coffee maker, toaster, etc.), iron and ironing board. A private box for items with a code is also available. The room has its own balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the mountains and the garden where a barbecue and swings for our little friends are provided. The delightful and pretty village of Katomeri is ideal for a memorable evening stroll. The busier village of Vathy with its bars and taverns is just a 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The villa is 100 m² and it has 2 large master bedrooms with a TV, a living room with a 42” TV, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 WC with a washing machine.
It can accommodate up to 5 people (+1 infant up to 3 years old, upon request for a baby crib).
In the first bedroom there is 1 double Queen size bed and in the other 1 double King size bed, which can be converted into 2 single beds (upon request).
In the living room there is a sofa where 1 person can sleep comfortably.
Outside, 200 m², a large dining room, a 5 x 8 m swimming pool 1.45 m deep, sunbeds, a living room and a charcoal barbecue are available.

The house is located in Spartochori, Meganisi,Lefkas. This is a quiet family house located at the entrance of the village. It is newly renovated, decorated with paintings, flowers and seashells. It has stone walls that offer unique insulation from the heat and a fireplace to keep warm, a large terrace, private parking, a beautiful view of the sea and a large garden with lots of flowers. The village shops are a three minute walk from the house and the nearest beach is a 5 minute drive.

Lakis Apartments is located in Spartochori, 100 m away from the main square featuring traditional taverns, mini markets and cafes. It offers studios and apartments with private balconies overlooking the Ionian Sea.
